Piku Effect

Kabhi piku banke aate ho,
kabhi English madam ban jaate ho..
Kuch aur nazar ab aaye kaise. Jab
Tum roz qayamat dhaate ho

Har baat samajh aa jati hai, Jab pyar se tum samjhaate ho
Hum maan bhi le apni galati, jab tum unhe ginate ho
Kuch aur samajh ab aata nahi,
Jab samne tum aajate ho,
Ek baat bataaen sonu tumko..
Tum roz qayamat dhaate ho..

Axis Qaarwan

Mein yuhi chalta raha aur saath sab judte chale...
Kuch khas bankar saath hai, kuch rukh badalkar mud gaye.

Khoob galati ki magar, mein kuch toh seekha hun idhar...
Har baat par hansta raha, sab kaam bas chalte rahe

Jab dil mila dildaro se, jo gam thai saare chup gaye..
Thi baraf si tasir hamari, jis paani mein mile us paani mein ghul gaye...

Woh

Jab dekhta hun kisi ko ghanto kisi ka intezaar karte hue, toh woh yaad aata hai..

jab koi mall ke changing room mein dheero kapde le jaate hai, toh woh yaad aata hai..

baatein karte hue jab koi milon chala jaata hai aur waqt ka koi thikana nahi reh jata hai.. toh woh yaad aata hai..

Jab dekhta hun bazaar mein kisi ko mol bhav karte hue, har choti baat par na nukur karte hue.. toh woh yaad aata hai..

haatho mein chappal uthaae, samandar ke kinare koi firta hua dikh jaata hai, toh woh yaad aata hai..

jab gahari khamoshi mein kisi ke pass hone ka ehsaas ho, toh ye woh hi hai...

par ye "woh" kaun hai, ye baat hum har kisi ko bata nahi sakte,

saare zamane ko humara raazdaar bana nahi sakte..

KACHRA

aaj phir se kuch banane ki koshish ki hai,
boss to rijhaane ki koshish ki hai...

is baar ho jaaega shayad woh thoda impress,
ho sakta hai na de mujhko rating mein stress...

thoda dar ke, bhawan bharose humne mail to kar diya..
boss ka inbox hamari slides se bhar diya..

ab intezaar tha phone ka, tha sirf ek baat ka khatra....
boss ne bola call laga ke, kya banaya kachra...

ye kachara banate banate, hum bhi corporate mein badal gaye...
kuch saalo baad hum bhi kisi ke boss ke roop mein dhal gaye...

ab maza aata hai subordinate ki galati nikalne mein...
thoda seekhane mein, thoda uske kaam ko kachra batane mein..

Goldfish on the land

Yesterday I had a memorable visit to a village called kalakheda, with my cousin brother Viren an ADO(Agricultural Development Officer), whose work is to make aware farmers about the new polices and schemes of government and allot money for them. It was an official visit but for me it was more like a picnic. Journey to the village was very interesting as well as beautiful. I enjoyed the ride watching the amazing sceneries first on NH3 and then on the alley towards the village. Only thing visible besides us was, gold of the farmers, wheat, fully grown, rippling in the breeze. It actually appears like gold to me from its bright yellow color.

Finally we reach our destination, a typical and conventional kachha house, by which an obsolete tractor was standing as it is placed in some museum. I saw a middle aged man, color on his face, joining his both hands approaching Viren to wish Holi. The name was Shankar Singh, who tried to touch the feet of Viren but not able to succeed. It is easily understandable why Shankar Singh try to touch my brother’s feet (Viren might have helped him in some or the other way), but then came the moment which made me feel very awkward. Shankar Singh, a 50+ man having a children elder than me, tried to touch my feet either. Although I somehow managed to escape this situation, it raised many questions into my mind.

In search of my answer I tried to concentrate on the conversation between Viren and Shankar Singh. The talk was on the new scheme of Government called ‘HALLAD’, which consist a promotional payment of one thousand to all those farmers who cultivate their lands by hiring tractors from others. The farmer, who trusts my brother blindly, was least interested in listening to Mr. ADO’s policy. He just asked where he needs to sign. But that was not the answer to my question.

With my anxious face I turn around to Shankar Singh’s son, try to convince him to have a walk with me and show me their golden wheat crop. I ask very casually about the quality of wheat they grow this year. I was completely unaware that all my answers are waiting for me here. He replied me politely” hum yahan pani ki kami ke karan kewal chana hi uga paate thai, par sahaab(my brother) ki wajah se hi yahan par bandh ban paya hai, jisse hum gehun ugaa sakte hain. Ab hamari aamdani doguni ho gayi hai. Sahaab us pani ki sunehri machli ko hamare kheton mein le aaye hai. ” I was more happy than stunned. Bro is now a real hero for me; it reminds me Shahrukh of my favorite movie ‘Swades’. The answers to all my questions are now in front of me and they are crystal clear. This was reason why we received the warmth welcome in this village. It’s my brother who actually brings that beautiful goldfish on the land.

I ask Viren how he did it. The reply was not obvious “I did my work honestly and efficiently. Government had scheme, I just applied that for the farmers”. What an answer was that for me, and seriously if we look it closely, it is not at all a big deal for my brother as well as for any ADO. There are about 900 hundred ADOs in Madhya Pradesh, if everyone starts doing such kind of honest work, without being snatching farmers money to their bank accounts, will create a huge difference for the state and the country.

This should be the message for all of us. Instead of blaming government and others, we should me more concentrated on what we have to do, and how it can be improved every time. A very little thing we do, will surely count in some way or the other. So just keep faith in our self and do work honestly.

Back into the Business

Its been a long time since I wrote my last blog, and not at all disheartened by not receiving a single comment in a span of 1 big year. But now i have realize the very important thing about the blogs, that they are not ment for others, they are your own, they are your real feelings which tells you, who you are. Many of my friends do get much comments on each post, and that feels great if somebody agrees or even disagrees you. At least you are countable.
The bottom line is I am now again started writing blogs and this time with more enthusiasm. And the reason behind this enthu is........3IDIOTS. It might be just a movie for many others, but for me it is a lot more than a movie. Some of the lessons are really give rouse to a thought in my mind, this includes "padhai kabil banne ke liye karo, kamyab hone ke liye nahi". This really motivates me and now i have decided that i will do whatever in my life is for the knowlege and not for the success.
This limpid thought gave a new dimension to my life. And this is the reason I am 'Back into the Business', start blogging once again, and this time it is only for me,,,and not for the comments. Most of us never want to say this statement, but i feel more than a happy saying this.................THANK YOU IDIOT.

Happy New Year

Well the time has come to say good buy to an interesting year. The year which covers a wide range of stories in it. Starting form saif-karena affair, tata nano launch, indo-us nuke deal, arushi murder case, tata moving out of west bengal, jodhpur stampede, to Abhinav Bindra's gold medal . But nobody would have thought, how sad will be the end of this wonderful year. After a good assembly elections in five states (which is considered to be as semifinal before the lok sabha elections), the end turn out to be the upset one for every Indian, for the fact that many civilians and officials have died in mumbai terror attacks. I cordially salute to every citizen who lost their life in this trauma. The most amazing thing i have noticed is the city regains its momentum very quickly and every thing get back to normal in a very short span of time. No matter where the terror stricks, it may be mumbai terror attacks or any other tragedy at any place in country, the spirit of the people are so high that they try to make it up very quickly and get back to their work. Hotel TAJ is already been started and the working manager is on the job after loosing his wife and two sons on 26/11. This is the thing which makes me feel proud of my country and for me this is the story of the year. Having such a great spirit in our country, why cant we wish "A VERY VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR " to each and every one of us.
Here are some other top stories of 2008 listed below.
  1. Mumbai terror attacks.
  2. Indo-US nuke deal.
  3. Global financial crisis.
  4. Assembly elections in 5 states and their results.
  5. Abhinav Bindra wins gold in olympics.
  6. Chandrayaan mission on moon.
  7. Raj Thackre
  8. Barack Obama stand for India.
  9. Floods in bihar.
  10. Arushi talwar murder case.

A very happy new year to all. May this year brings more happiness to everyone's life and make this year as a peaceful year.
